Banana Split Cake
Ingredients
2 C. Powdered Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Sticks Margarine
18 Graham Crackers
4 Bananas
1 Can Pineapple, crushed
8 Oz Cool Whip
Cherries, Chopped
Pecans
Directions
Make graham cracker crust for 13 x 9 inch pan.
Crush crackers (2 packages) till fine. Melt the
margerine till soft. Mix with crackers and put in
the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Heat for a few minutes
or put in refrigerator to harden. Beat first three
ingredients for 15 minutes. Pour beaten ingredients
into graham cracker crust. Cover with four sliced
bananas, 1 can of crushed, drained pineapple and
pecans. Top with cool whip or dream whip.
Garnish with cherries and pecans. Chill.
