Chocolate Balls


Ingredients

1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
4 ounces butter
2 & 1/4 cups of icing sugar
1 & 1/2 cups of rice bubbles

Chocolate Mix:

8 ounces cooking chocolate
1 ounce vegetable shortening

Directions

Melt the peanut butter and butter in a pan and pour over
the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll ingredients into one
inch balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate,
mix ingredients gently over double boiler. Roll balls
into chocolate mixture & put on wire drain. Refrigerate.
