Chocolate Mint Dessert
Ingredients
18 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
32 Marshmallows
1 C. Evaporated Milk
1 Pt. Whipping Cream
1/2 Tsp. Peppermint Flavoring
Green Food Coloring
Directions
Heat milk in double broiler, add marshmallows
Melt; stir, cool. Add flavoring and few drops
of coloring. Add whipped whipping cream.
(Cool whip will work but not as good). Press
cookie crumbs into 9 x 13 inch pan, saving
some for top. Pour cream mixture over crumbs;
sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
Serve with whipping cream and cherry.
Light and refreshing after a big meal.
