Double Chocolate Meringues
Ingredients
4 egg whites, room temperature
dash of salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Syrup
Directions
Beat egg whites in a medium mixing bowl until foamy; add salt.
Gradually add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating until
stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa 2 teaspoons at a time. Drop
mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto waxed
paper-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from waxed paper and cool on wire racks. You may put
chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup on top finish off
