Fruit Cocktail Cake


Ingredients

32 Oz. Can Fruit Cocktail
1 Egg
1 & 1/2 C. Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Chopped Nuts

Directions

Drain can of fruit cocktail well.
Beat egg; Mix with drained
fruit.Mix together the flour,
baking soda,salt,and sugar.
Add to the fruit mixture; mix
well.Pour into well greased
13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together
the brown sugar and the chopped
nuts.Sprinkle over batter. Bake
at 300 degrees for 45 to 60
minutes. Cool and serve with
whipped cream or ice cream.
May add cherries to the top
of dessert if desired.
