Garlic Herbed Potatoes
Ingredients
4 Potatoes
1/4 C olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut a criss cross
into potatoes. In jelly roll pan combine potatoes,
olive oil, garlic, rosemary and tarragon. Sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Spread in single layer
cutside down. Roast for 20 minutes.
