Georgia Nuggets
Ingredients
3 cups light brown sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2 cups chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Stir sugar and milk together until sugar is dissolved. Bring
to a rolling boil and cook until it reaches 232 degrees.
Remove from heat add vanilla flavoring and stir. Add butter
and chopped pecans. Beat until creamy. Drop with a spoon
onto wax paper. Let cool and store into air tight container.
