Never Fail Fudge
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 Jr (7.5 oz jar) marshmallow fluff
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 large (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.
Bring to a boil over moderate heat, careful not to mistake air
bubbles for boiling. Stir constantly for 5 minutes (to soft
ball stage). Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate & vanilla till
chocolate is melted. Put in buttered 9 X 9 pan and let cool.
