Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Combine sugar and milk together. Mix well and stir till
it starts to boil over medium heat to soft ball stage
(234 degrees). Cook a smidgen over 234 degrees in humid
weather to insure fudge sets up. Add peanut butter and
vanilla, mixing well. Pour mixture into buttered pan.
Size depends on thickness of fudge you prefer.
