Roast Chicken Sandwiches With Basil & Peppers
Ingredients
4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 slices Pepperidge FarmŽ Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread *
6 oz. thinly-sliced rotisserie chicken or roasted chicken
2 roasted red peppers, cut into strips
Fresh basil leaves
Directions
Spread the mustard on the bread slices. Divide
the chicken, red peppers and basil between 2 bread
slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
