Strawberry Pie


Ingredients

Crust:

1 & 1/2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Oil
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Milk

Filling:

3 Tbsp. Strawberry Jello
3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 C. Water
1 C. Sugar
2 Tbsp. White Corn Syrup
1 Qt. Fresh Strawberries

Directions

Mix crust ingredients together and
pat into 9 inch pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix
all of filling ingredients together
except strawberries. Boil until thick
in saucepan. Cool. Add 1 quart of fresh
strawberries to glaze. Pour into crust.
Chill in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip
