Strawberry Rhubarb Pie


Ingredients

TOPPING

2/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP OATS
1/3 CUP MARGARINE OR BUTTER SOFTENED
3/4 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
3/4 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG


FILLING

2 CUPS FINE CHOPPED RHUBARB
2 CUPS CUT UP ST R AWBERRIES
1 CUP WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
2 TEASPOON VANILLA
4 TEASPOON CORNSTARCH

COOK ON TOP OF STOVE IN SAUCE PAN. UNTIL THICK .

Directions

1. BAKE PIE SHELL THEN LET COOL.
2. POUR FILLING INTO THE PIE SHELL.
3. MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPREAD ON TOP OF PIE.
4. PLACE BACK INTO OVEN AT 400 F. FOR 12 -15 MIN.
